Nintendo game protectors (also known as protective cases) are clear protective cases for games designed for their platforms, commonly used by collectors. Nintendo has a rich history and a wide variety of box and media designs. They began in the 1980s, when no standards existed. This makes our Protector range very diverse and extensive. Nintendo game protectors
Game protectors are the default way for collectors to protect their games. They protect them from dirt, dust, and accidental splashes, as well as mechanical damage such as abrasions or impacts. Besides their protective function, they also enhance aesthetics and unify the look of a collection thanks to the glossy material they're made of. This is especially noticeable in older systems, where games were packaged in cardboard boxes. These boxes often show significant wear, and protectors add a new shine. Their robust construction ensures years of protection, even with frequent use. Frequent opening and closing of the protectors doesn't degrade them.
Due to their long publishing history, Nintendo has a wide variety of box and cartridge designs. Therefore, our offerings for their consoles are also very rich and diverse. We offer cartridge protectors (e.g., for the N64 and others), as well as cases for their unique consoles (e.g., for the SNES/N64 ), and even standard cases, such as DVD protectors used for games like the GameCube and Wii.
The protectors themselves have a similar shape, are made of transparent PET foil with a thickness of 0.25 mm and have two flaps closed on one wall.

The situation with cartridges is similar to that with boxes; Nintendo has used different sizes and shapes of cards for each generation of its consoles. As a result, the range of cartridge protectors offered is also quite diverse.
Cartridge protectors are primarily aimed at collectors who collect cartridges only (without original boxes). These protectors protect against dust, dirt, and mechanical damage. They also protect labels, which were often paper and prone to abrasion and scuffing.
